Please read the terms of service carefully before using the Imasse Search Engine, Imasse Search Extension, Imasse Change Browser, and all other apps powered by IMASSE, LLC. Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services. By accessing or using our services you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may be banned from the use of our products.

Guidelines

Finding Exploits within our system and using them to access data that any of our products restrict may result in an immediate ban from the use of all of our services. Scroll down for more information on account termination.

Anyone attempting to make money from our product may result in a ban or if it is needed to be involved with law enforcement. Money can be made from our product by our school partners as part of the Imasse Classroom program. Beyond this our service should never be used by third parties without prior contracts as a medium to make money.

You may not under any regard use data from Imasse. This includes and is not limited to API endpoints and other points of data. This data can not be used in any other products or services or for personal use. The data at these endpoints can only be accessed through our services and by no other means.

Links To Other Websites

Our search engine may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Imasse.

Imasse has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Imasse shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

Extension & Mobile App

By downloading the Imasse Search Extension located on the Google Chrome Web Store or Imasse Change Browser available on the Google Play Store and IOS App Store, you consent and understand that Imasse Search Extension will change your default search engine and new tab to Imasse as well as your search settings with be changed when you are actively using Imasse Change Browser.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our services, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding our services and products.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is made we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using services.
